Myers Restoration was a pleasure to do business with. We gutted a 20 year old bathroom and had the entire interior of our house painted. The bathroom was transformed into a gorgeous modern day zero entry shower. The workmanship is top notch with attention to detail. The painting was a huge job as we have 20′ ceilings, old speakers and curtain rods in all rooms plus an old alarm system. They patched all plus eliminated all nail pops and tape pulls. The house interior now looks brand new. Roy Gutierrez is a professional. He knows his business, was easy to communicate and was always timely. If you need a contractor for jobs small or large, Roy Gutierrez from Myers Restoration is your guy. I should also note they cover all trades internally making the renovation process seamless.

Friends ask me why would I use a fire restoration company to do our kitchen renovation? Well, there is a very good reason: Myers has all the best contractors lined up working for them. My wife and I never had to worry about finding an expert for a particular task. Myers always had just the right person. Most impressive was each contractor’s commitment to building back to code. Many details were attended to which brought our property “up to code”. A special thanks to Matt who designed our layout and Brandon who, as our foreman, saw to every detail. Even right at the end of the project when my wife and I were out of town and we had a water line freeze and break on us, Brandon was on it and had all the water damage repaired before we came home. We are thrilled with our new kitchen!

His Crew did an outstanding job building our expanded Deck from the ground up….Footers, Joist framework, Trex deck, to Rails. Carpenters showed up daily on time, with excellent work ethic and top-notch craftsmanship. They fully gained my trust during this job, and i would highly recommend.

We had Myers Restoration Group assist with new flooring due to water damage, then as the work was so nicely done, we had them replace all of the interior doors in our home. We again were thoroughly pleased. Recently, we began the replacement of our windows/slider doors and have had the Myers group do these. This included two sliders and a middle window of the same length as the sliders. They look amazing and will withstand 165 mph winds as we are located on a beach. You will find the Myers team to be easy to work with. Their craftsmanship is excellent! As we are not always at this residence, we have no worries with having the team work in our residence. They are trustworthy, honest craftsmen. We plan on having them complete another project in the near future.

I LOVE my new deck!! Could not be happier with ALL! Have been in Wilmington since 2018, and have encounter many builders. Some I hired— but, these folk are top notch!! My dad was a commercial/industrial contractor, so I’m familiar with builders of all types.
These guys responded quickly, came and checked out my area, ordered the supplies, and I had my deck finished within three (3) days!! Unthinkable in these days we live.
The crew never bothered me, nor ask for water, bathroom, etc -they WORKED, and came back for all the trash- taking it with them. Not putting it in my bin.
Impeccable company.
Honestly, I thought the good old days of quality construction was history. I was wrong. Found them on Angi’s list.
I know now— not to rely on someones recommendations. Did my own research and happy I did. Hope to get them back soon to replace bedroom window with a slider???? YUP so I can walk out on my deck from my bedroom????
